We have now gone live with our new online consultation service, Patient Triage.
This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical, admin requests or for appointment booking. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. Please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible.
We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but we would love to hear your feedback.
If you are unable to use the internet or feel you have a medical emergency, please speak to reception.

Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity will be in the surgery on the above dates to assist patients to navigate the new online triage booking system.
They will also offer advice on what help and support is available from our Social Prescribers in many areas of life.

Triaging by clinical need
We hope to bring this in from July this year, in order to be compliant with the Government’s requirement to have the system fully functional by October.
Following on from our recent Patient Participation Group we were asked to share information on the planned changes at the practice to Total Triage using the Accurx Software.
