PATIENT NOTICE – TEMPORARY CHANGES TO OUR TRIAGE

We wanted to let you know that due to temporary staffing shortages on Monday 13th July 2026, we may take a little longer than normal in reviewing your recent GP triage request. Please be assured that we will work hard to process all requests as quickly as possible, and urgent cases will continue to be prioritised.

If you consider your symptoms to be urgent, please call us by telephone on 01234 781392 to speak to a member of staff, alternatively please call NHS 111 for advice.
