Friends and Family Test
We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

Non-NHS Work & Fees
The doctors do this work outside of their consulting hours, in their own time.
The charge varies depending on the work involved.
You will be informed of the charge when you item is ready to collect, which will usually be around 3 weeks after it is submitted to us.

Patient Participation Group
The government has encouraged such patient groups to be set up at every surgery across the country. They are designed to be a helpful route for patients to advise their surgeries on what matters most to them and to identify solutions to problems that may arise.We would like you all to become involved in the PPG and for further information regarding the PPG, or if you wish to be involved in a more ‘hands on’ way please fill in or PPG Registration form.If you would like to join the PPG, please fill out our online PPG registration form.
